Step 2: Determine the CFM

Ventilation performance is measured in cubic feet per

minute, or CFM. The chart below provides CFM sugges-

tions specic to the Wolf cooking appliance and ventilation

system used. To maximize airow and performance, specify

a blower to match or exceed the CFM listed.

Additional CFM may be required for long duct runs and

ranges or rangetops with a charbroiler or griddle. When

determining the proper CFM for your installation, take into

consideration the equivalent duct length calculated in Step 1.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Consult a qualied HVAC professional

for specic applications.
